OTS Youth Diversion The decisions and choices that today’s youth are making is leading them down the path of destruction! Training Center’s OTS (Off The Street) Youth Diversion Program is designed to break down their negative thought patterns and behaviors by using some of America’s hardest criminals from prison and off the street to encourage them to lead productive lives.

Every Day in America:
Every 11 seconds a high school student drops out
Every 19 seconds a child is arrested
Every 4 minutes a child is arrested for a drug offense
Every 45 minutes a child or a teen dies from an accident
Every 3 hours a child or a teen is killed by a firearm
Every 5 hours a child or teen commits suicide

OTS will hold strong to the never-ending pursuit of reducing crime at the source through redemption, education, prevention, and intervention.
